Beef—From the Ground Up
We like to say that our beef is built from the ground up, because that’s where we start. In addition to cattle, we grow wheat, corn, soybeans, and milo that we use to make a custom blend of feed to give the cattle we are growing.
Our cattle grow on custom feed mix, hay, and pasture, all grown right here on the farm. This approach allows us to guarantee quality and gives our customer confidence in what is in their beef.
Our herd of cattle is mostly Angus based with a Hereford influence. They are all born and raised on our farm. The bulls we choose meet the criteria of Certified Angus Beef set by the Angus Association.
We guarantee quality because we know what goes into our beef from the very beginning. Everything from planting crops to breeding cattle is done right here on the farm by our family.
